AVERAS GmbH has been in existence for more than 30 years.


AVERAS has grown a unique network of companies and contacts. 

In recent years, Ingo Hellstern, Frank Schadhauser, Ahmet Papila and Thomas Hildenbrand have submitted more than 400 business plans for small and medium-sized companies, so-called SMEs.

Over the years, we have constantly added new consulting approaches in order to be able to offer our customers a modern consulting world at any time.

In the meantime, we are already advising the Children and Grandchildren of our long-time customers – this makes us particularly proud and confirms the sustainability of our partnership with our customers.


In the area of "Technology Partners" and "Scanning Partners" we have the newest know-how at AVERAS. Over the past 10 years, the technical team has accompanied a wide range of customer groups worldwide, from product ideas to finished machines and production lines. In many cases, the production lines were even put into operation by us.

The knowledge of the Technical team, with extensive international experience in Mechanical Engineering, we use today profitably for the versatile requirements of our Customer Companies. In cooperation with our teams in the areas of Marketing, Communication Strategies, Organizational and Business Process Management as well as Controlling Systems and Balance Sheet ratings, we offer holistic consulting structures.

 

AVERAS as a "Scanning Partner" with the innovative vehicle scanner DRIVEnSCAN is a major milestone for us as a marketing and sales partner. This product was accompanied by us until the market launch and is now so unique that we have joined the sales department directly.

Thomas Hildenbrand

1991-2011 Shareholder of AVERAS GmbH

2011-2020 IPCO GmbH formerly known as Sandvik-TPS, formerly know as Thermofix Technology Center. He started as the Production Manager, and then went on to become the Plant Manager and the Head of the Research and Development Department Mühlhausen i.T.

He also functioned as the Construction Project Manager for a Construction Company in Göppingen-Ursenwang, with a construction volume of over EUR 10 million.

Later he transferred into Management and "After Sales Services", with several years’ experience in management of commissioning plants and production lines.

Worldwide he has awesome connections and an outstanding rapport of networks to different Material Test Centers and Laboratories with the latest test facilities. 

 

He is for sure is a Movers and a Shaker in the Industry.


 

Frank Schadhauser

Is one of the Co-Founders, Shareholder and a Authorized Representative of AVERAS.

In the field of finance and hedging he is always a reliable Partner for Practice.

For more than 30 years in the financial business with an ever-growing customer base. Real estate is his passion and in the best hands with him.

There is no better Partner to have by your side for all situations of life.


Dusko Holzwarth

He has been a Marketing Expert for many years, and has far-reaching experience

He has worked for AVERAS since 2020.

Telemarketing is one of his specialties and he has worked tirelessly to develop this art for many years.
