Within the scope of a full-time employment - take over leadership and responsibility - Your tasks:
- With organizational skills, you will take over the deadline monitoring of the construction site organization.
- You are responsible for the technical management of your own and external assembly teams.
- You will be responsible for site management on site.
- Your activities include the instruction, guidance and control of the assembly partners.
- An important task is the coordination with the customer as well as the independent and autonomous execution of repairs and other necessary work on site.

Your profile:
You have completed technical training and have several years of professional experience in the fields of mechanical engineering, steel construction, plant engineering or comparable fields of activity. You have a very good command of German and, if possible, English.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who would enjoy keeping an eye on our Office as well as helping us to organize our office processes.

You would be the responsible point of contact as the Project Manager in scheduling and daily execution of the project, as well as participating in meetings to control the project. This would include organizing the workflows and sub-projects. Compiling the workloads and allocating it to the team members. This will also include the inspection of the end results of the completed task. Cost-consciousness is a must and all jobs must be completed on-time. Full cooperation is needed with the specialty departments that handle the designs, construction, commissioning, and troubleshooting as well as the cycle time optimization of the system.
